The basic module

Each MüKoFLEX machine consists of a basic module and one or more tool sets.

The tool change sets

The size and weight of the change tools depend very much on the size of the products and the selected application. It depends very much on the design of the products as to whether a workpiece holder is changed or can be used for a number of product variants.

For these reasons, the individual set-up processes may vary a great deal. A forklift may be necessary to lift the large, heavy change tools, while a small, light-weight workpiece can be lifted and installed by one person.

We individually implement an efficient customised set-up for each product.
